Which seeds can I use to make Hemp milk?
Hulled seeds, also known as hemp hearts. Add one cup of hulled hemp seed with six cups of water and honey or sugar to sweeten and blend. Strain it, and refrigerate.
What are your suggested ways to eat hemp seed?
Hemp seeds taste great mixed with a teaspoon of honey in a coffee cup. Ground seeds may need a little water added. If you don't have time to grind them up, add 1/4 cup into a Ziploc bag and eat them throughout the day. Be creative with it. Some people like to eat it mixed in their yogurt or oatmeal. Melt one Hershey Kiss per tablespoon of hemp seed in a coffee cup and then mix in the ground or shelled seed for a chocolaty treat. Mix 1/4 cup of ground seeds into pancake mix for hemp pancakes or muffins!

It is recommended to refrigerate hemp seeds to preserve their freshness.
If I consume hemp seeds, could I fail a drug test?
No. It is impossible to fail a drug test by eating hemp seeds.
Can you get "high" from eating industrial hemp seeds?
No. The regulated percent of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, THC, in industrial hemp is 0.3 percent or less, as opposed to 2 percent or higher in most forms of marijuana. Abundant Life Hemp seeds contain 0 percent THC.
